X-Link™ Tubing Expander Tool
The Monster Ropes® X-Link™ Tubing Expander Tool is designed specifically for use with our X-Link™ Extreme Heat LFG Tubing and X-Link™ Quick Connect Fittings. This field-first installation system eliminates the need for traditional steel clamp rings while dramatically simplifying tubing installation and maintenance.
By expanding the tubing directly over the fitting, the X-Link™ system creates a secure clamp-free connection designed specifically for demanding landfill gas well environments.

Increased Flow Performance
Because the tubing is expanded over the fitting instead of compressed with clamps, our fittings can be machined with significantly larger internal flow diameters than traditional barb-style fittings.
Our 3/4” X-Link™ fitting features an internal diameter of approximately .625”, compared to many traditional 1” fittings that have internal diameters around .650”. This allows the X-Link™ system to maintain excellent flow performance while using a more compact tubing system.
The result is improved handling, easier installation, and reduced bulk without sacrificing meaningful flow capacity.
