X-Link™ Extreme Heat LFG Tubing
Monster Ropes® X-Link™ Extreme Heat LFG Tubing is engineered specifically for demanding landfill gas well environments. Designed for high-temperature applications, this tubing is built to perform where standard tubing systems commonly soften, deform, crack, or fail over time.
This is a true field-first product developed from real landfill operating experience — designed to improve reliability, reduce downtime, and simplify maintenance in harsh well conditions.
One of the key advantages of the X-Link™ system is improved flow efficiency with reduced tubing bulk. When paired with our X-Link™ Quick Connect Fittings, the clamp-free expansion system allows for substantially larger internal flow diameters compared to traditional barb-style fittings.
For example, our 3/4” X-Link™ fitting features an internal diameter of approximately .625”, compared to many traditional 1” barb fittings with internal diameters around .650”. This allows the X-Link™ system to maintain excellent flow performance while reducing tubing size, weight, and crowding at the wellhead.
